Josie
Josie's philosophy is that the makeup on your wedding day should be
nothing short of flawless.
She is a licensed cosmetologist and has 24+ years experience in the
beauty industry. Her specialty is make-up for bridal, fashion and
television; bridal being her forte, she has worked on countless brides and
bridal parties.
She has earned a reputation with photographers, models, wedding
coordinators, celebrities and the media as an artist, skilled at creating a
look that is timeless and naturally flattering. Josie recommends a
pre-bridal consultation, or asks that you visit her studio to see its
environment and book of work. She will work out of her studio or travel to
the location of your choice. Josie is also available for special occasions &
makeup lessons.
She has worked on numerous photo shoots for print and magazine adds
including Soap Opera Digest, Two River Times magazine, Contemporary
Bride & Barbizon. In August 2007 Josie was the featured make-up artist for
the Extreme Fashion and Make-up Show @ Jenkinsons, Pt Pleasant, NJ.
She also offers her time & talent behind the scenes for Center Players
Freehold, NJ Resident Theater Company.
In Spring 2008 Josie will begin teaching make-up workshops for the
Ocean County Community Adult Education Program. Face Fx Cosmetic
Studio carries their own private label boutique make-up line. Josie offers
make-up workshops, skin care clinics, makeup parties and Spa party
packages for the younger princesses & Pamper Parties, very popular with
bachelorette parties & women's clubs. The studio also carries skin and
body care products & signature gift items. Visit Face Fx Cosmetics Studio
in Red bank and let a professionally trained makeup artist create a custom
palette, with products and colors perfect for you.
TRAVEL
Distant travel outside the NJ area is negotiable at the time of booking.
Client is responsible for ALL traveling fees and/or additional requests the
artist incurs.
CHARITY WORK
I look forward to all charity work requests. Please email me with details.
DAY RATE
A full day rate will be charged if the artist is needed on call for the whole
day. A day rate consists of eight consecutive hours, with one hour lunch
break. This booking arrangement cannot be changed after the artist
arrives for the appointment. Day rate must be specified at the time of
booking and must be paid even if the artist is not used for the full day.
Time & half charges occur after 8 hours or before 9 a.m. and after 5 p.m.
Valet Parking: Hotel Rate, Assistant Fee $100 per assistant, Travel Fees

Above fees include travel up to 25 miles from artist's studio
PRIVATE 2 hour workshop
$200 for a 2-hour consultation, makeup lesson, and hands
on instructions
